تعامل الموظفين ممتاز بعض منهم يتحدث العربيه مدير الفندق لطيف جدا و يقدم لك اقتراحات و المساعده في مجال معرفته لا يوجد اكواخ للاقامه تم تحويلها لغرف طعام خاصه مطبخهم متنوع ولذيذ واسعاره مناسبه جدا وجوده عاليه

اعتقد عليهم استبدال مخدات النوم 😅

Unfortunately, we could not stay at the hotel. We booked three rooms for five adults and three children when we arrive to the hotel the manager told us that they don't have free rooms. I showed them my booking confirmation number 5255792508 but they told us politely they can not do anything because they dont have free rooms.

Объект расположен на территории леса, мвссаж делала Севда ханум-знаток своего дела👍

Завтрак был скудный, развлечений на территории почти нет

Great location, good staff, free parking, breakfast is Ok

Definitely does not deserve for 4* hotel. Bed wasn,t very comfortable, shits like 5 years old and not fresh. Cutlery- cheap and very old. Restoran - we ordered 3 tike kebabs and some salads for 2 but there was nothing to eat. Can eti was ok. Refrigerator did not work.
