Breakfast is ok

No coordination among receptionists, booked a room + breakfast, night receptionist told me I didn’t, probably still groggy from sleep? Breakfast is Ala Carte not continental, and you need to order, you’ll have to wait in the dining room where it’s hot. Shower room don’t have handle bars for PWDs/seniors, floor tiles slippery

The lighting and the soft sheets and decent bed. The aircon was great!

The mold smell. There was black mold in the toilet tank. It was thick enough to stop the floater from working properly, just use some bleach to maintain and the smell will get better. The eggs, meat and garlic rice delivered to the room was cold.

Very near the Market accessible to shops we always book here everytime we go Lingayen the property has ongoing renovation. The upper floor is loud too much noise from other guest the amenities are good theres mini gym in the rooftop which i like the food is great the elavator is smooth

The interior is well designed the common area is clean with carpet the exterior is alright they have parking space the lobby has beautiful furniture which is appealing the reastaurant is on the ground floor theres the mini swimming pool in the middle of the restaurant which is not suitable because its in the middle of the restaurant its much better if they put that in the rooftop the swimming pool the water inside the room got stale smell maybe they dont have water treatment they got free coffee chocolate tea in front of elavator which is free for guest they dont have free water refill in all the floor unlike before they have the housekeeping service put to much chlorine after cleaning the toilet its too strong it stinks we’re obligated to go outside because i cant stand the smell
