Bergamo Hotel Lingayen

Apart from the beautiful interiors, comfortable beds and black out curtains, the staff was exceptional. My kids loved the food served at their restaurant. We recommend the sisig and the buffalo wings. I got what I wanted when I booked: A quiet, exquisite night to welcome my birthday. Thank you, Bergamo!

We were excited about the roofdeck bar. Unfortunately, when we checked in, it was closed. Access was still available though so we enjoyed the evening up there anyway.

The location is near the market, and stores. Just a few walk from salon and fast food restaurant.

The management does not practice safety standards for their employee's safety. I saw their employee's cleaning dirty facilities with their bare hands, not wearing a glove. If the management are not concerned with their own employees, how could I trust this hotel to be concerned with my health safety either? You should treat your employee's right, and they will take care of your business. Staying in this hotel is a bit pricey, and a pair of gloves for each of your employees are not too much to spend. Because of this health risk for everyone, I will give this hotel a failed review.

Staff

Being charged for more than 2 people in the room when I already had to pay extra for a room with 3 beds, breakfast menu. Water was shut off and cleaned out repeatedly for several days after all the guests I met including myself and my fiance.

Breakfast is best and the staff are courteous.
