Bergamo Hotel Lingayen

The staff were incredidbly friendly and hospitable. Kuyas Tom and Francis in particular made us feel at home and provided outstanding service.

Accessible to the beach and market. Staff were amazing and well trained. Kudos to all of you!

The dinner that we had was not that good. The salmon from Sinigang tasted very old frozen ones, plus the raddish was also old. Karderetang kambing was too salty.

Good food available at hotel, pool was nice and cold. Staff were helpful. Door man always helping us, and getting us transport etc. So nice.

Not Accommodating a refund for day not used, when asked in advance due to flight cancelled and had to leave early.

The hotel staff was very respectful and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything but tucked away from traffic. The room size was excellent; we had three big beds suitable for family travel. And the bonus coffee corner near the lift was a nice touch.

The toilet flush needed some repair, but it got fixed quickly.

I like their breakfast serving. The room was really big. There's also hot water.
