Egy vendég volt az általam foglalt szobában. A tulaj elérhetetlen volt. Magamnak kellett a problèmát megoldani. Ágynemű csere gondolom délelőtt volt, de a régi vendég belefeküdt.

Unfortunately, my experience in this apartment was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the place looked nothing like the photos shown on the website. Everything was old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The pictures are clearly misleading and give a completely false impression of the apartment. A few days after staying there, I started noticing red marks and itching on my skin. At first, I didn’t know what was going on, but then I saw a large number of bed bugs in the bathroom — it was truly shocking and disgusting. That’s when I realized the apartment was infested. The experience was awful, both physically and mentally. I had to wash and disinfect all my clothes and belongings, and I’m still dealing with skin problems caused by the bites. I immediately contacted the host by email, explained the situation in detail, and politely asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I never received any response. This complete lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially considering how serious and unhygienic the situation is. I strongly advise everyone not to book this apartment. The photos are fake, the place is not clean, and the host is completely unresponsive. What should have been a simple, comfortable stay turned into one of the most stressful and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I truly hope my review helps others avoid going through the same situation.

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Stank nach Schweiß, Sperma und Sex. Ich konnte es daher nicht beziehen. Booking.com hat mir nicht einmal geholfen ein Ersatz zu finden!

Unsere Zimmer war Besetzt…wir haben versucht das zu klären aber niemand hat für uns geholfen.. Wir haben danach eine andere Hotel gesucht.. Absolut NO GO! War schmutzig alles!

There were bugs all over the Place. Int he bathroom, bed bugs in the sleeping room. So disgusting

How i know they had bugs on bed so i didn’t went there and I just wasted money
