Nagyon koszos a szállás, a szoba lelakott, büdös, az ágynemű koszos, bogarak mászkáltak az ágyban. A redőnyt nem lehet lehúzni. Nincs hűtő. A fürdőszobát nem lehet rendesen bezárni.

Laza, jó a közlekedés," nincsenek nagy korlátok szabályok".

Huuuu, ezt ne firtassuk! Egy két dolgot megosztok azért, koszos, egy menő jó felszereltségű apartman lehetne" ha a vezetőség foglalkozna vele! Poloska, büdös, bogarak,koszos,ágynemük lepedök is büdös koszos nincs cserélve, szemét ott hagyva, ma egyedül maradtam én mint vendég nagyából kitakaritottam elmosogattam,az ősszes szemetet ősszeszedtem,a lakásba, szerintem ez nem az én dolgom feladatom lenne, hát ilyen állapotok vannak itt, lehúzás az egész egy mosogépért, hajszáritoért 10 20 eurok🤣🤣🤣 vicc, sokat utaztam voltam sok országba városba de ezekért nem kellet fizetni😅😂😜 és elég jó helyeken, meg az alacsonyabb osztályzásu olcsóbb helyeken se kellett fizetni, "" Jó lehetne de el van baszva az egész???!!! "" pont amikor ide jöttem volt itt egy francia fiatal pár elsirták magukat. Igaz előttem jöttek 2 napal, de nem is bírták tovább leléptek,nem bírták a gyürödést, persze a szállást előre kifizették. Na mindegy adjuk, úgy se fog változni semmi, a Booking is hibás meg a vezetőség is a Tulajdonos, valahol a tulajt is meg lehetne érteni, de abszolút nem, mert szarik bele, és ezek a helyzetek ő miatta alakultak, így persze mindenki 1 és minősítést ad, pedig lehetne 5ős is, mert ebbe az aparmanba van potencia, lehetőség, kár hogy így elcseszl a tulaj! Várjuk a változást, mert szerintem megéri, ( Szívesen jönnék, ha lenne egy kis tisztaság higiénia) Üdvözlettel Farkas György!

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The room was very dirty, full of bedbugs, and there were no hygiene products provided — even the soap was watered down. During our stay, money, a power bank, a chain, and a toothbrush were stolen from our room. We had to leave in the middle of the night because it was impossible to stay with bedbugs and feeling unsafe. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. My daughter reserved this hotel for herself and me from aug. 29 to sept. 1, 2005. In the evening on aug. 29 she arrived at the hotel, opened the entrance door, but could not open our room door. So she couldn't stay there and left. Next morning I arrived from Georgia to Hungary and went directly to the hotel. My daughter was at work. She is a student as well and lives in campus in Godollo. I managed to open the room door. After tiring trip I decided to have a nap, but soon noticed brown bugs in the bed. Naturally, I couldn't stay on bed. I immediately wrote to the owner asking to resolve the issue with bugs. No feedback unfortunately. I wrote to him several times and called him several times. No answer. Meanwhile a cleaning lady entered the hotel. I asked her about the owner, but she was unaware if details. I hoped she would at least clean all the dirt I saw there. However, she spent some time there, walked to and fro and left. I waited for my daughter who arrived at about 5:30 pm after finishing her work and we left. Only after I demanded the owner to return my money, he responded that he knew I was still staying at his hotel and no money was due to me. I told him we were leaving already and he could check cameras to see it. No response or reaction from him! All the spaces, including the room, bathroom, kitchen and hall were dirtiest in the world, bugs in bed, dead tarakans on the floor... I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Such places must not be offered to customers. It's a shame really. Irresponsible owner who wants only money. As soon as he recovers them he doesn't even answer the calls or SMS. BAD!!! AWFUL!!! I am very disappointed and irritated 😞
