A szoba ajtókon leszakadt elektromos zár, amivel nem lehet az ajtót ki nyitni, így az egyik lefoglalt szobát nem is tudtuk használni. A megadott telefon számon nem lehet segítséget kérni. Napokkal elöte szerettem volna informálódni parkolás végett, senkit nem tudtam elérni. Az ingatlan koszos le lakott és nagyon büdös, semi köze a fotókhoz a hirdetésben. A fürdőszoba falán szigetelés nélkül lóg a 220 voltos vezeték. Így a szobákat nem használtuk. A foglalás vissza térítésére a küldött üzenetre a tulaj nem reagál..... Szégyen hogy ezt megtehetik!!!!

Kepek nem valósak a szálláshelyről. Mocskos,lelakott,rémes, 1 mocskos fürdőszoba 4 szobának aminek az ajtaját be sem.lehet zárni,konyha szintén mocskos,szobába ágy letörve, párna szétesve.büdösség

I don't like anything this room

All is not good

14 of August 2025 I went to the hostels and then I get inside but the room was already booked and I cannot incheck there then I was same time I came out and a book under the hotel viola hostels there I was stay that night and in the stylish hostels there are bid and I didn't get back my money until today was bad experience I don't want to book again anytime anymore I'm waiting until the send me back my money

I cannot check in the hostels my same room number they have already two time booked so I cannot stay there when I get in the room there was already people they two people they said they already booked and they paid already and I have paid already also two time for the same room and there was only bed for two person

It was close to the metro, about 10 min walk.

Overall not the cleanest. The lady who cleans there everyday at 10 a.m didn’t even knock, just opened our room with a code and came in. The cleaning lady does not have a schedule of people coming in and leaving as she demanded we left the room two days before the supposed date. The last day of the stay our room was given to someone else, they were also given the same code, which was concerning as our belongings were supposed to be safe there. This situation should not have happened as the owner asked us multiple times in which room we were in during our stay, so he knew we were there. Also there are washers and driers available, but the prices for them are incredibly high, 10€ per wash or dry, also you have to contact the owner to even use them. Bugs everywhere, in the toilet drain, in the room, broken sun protection in the window, so on top of the fact the room was very small, it also got very warm.

В цих апартаментах я вже зупинялась і обрала іх знов, шоб о 3 ночі не шукати. В помешкання я попала , але в номер ще треба знати, як ввести код! Після 10 хвилин моіх намагань попасти в кімнату вийшов хлопець і допоміг. А далі в кімнаті не було навіть кроваті! Матрац окремо і перевернута кровать !!!! Білизни не було!!!! Іти о 3.30 ночі шукати нове житло вже не було сил. Знов допоміг хлопец, склав цю кровать. На кухні лежали 2 скручених брудних комплекта білизни, він мені і послав. Добре, шо у мене був маленький рушничок, то заслала на подушку, лягла в платті, бо на брудну постіль лягати не хотілось. Звичайно, шо сна не було взагалі, словом, як і душа, бо в таку антисанітарію оізти не хотілось. Для таких випадків я беру з собою свій рушник і бахіли, але навіть і з ними я не хотіла лізти в душ. В квартирі ужасно брудно, таргани лазять. Запахи в кімнаті ужасні , при цьому і вікно не відкривається, але із за того, шо я нічим не вкривалась, то і вікно не вікриєш. Написала вночі хазяїну, де хоча б кровать, відповіді досі немає. Я навіть в страшному сні не могла б уявити, шо таке житло можуть здавати!!! Буду ще писати скаргу на букінг, бо за такі гроші повинні бути хоча б мінімальні умови, а тут навіть кроваті не було!!! Не пропускає прикріпити всі фото ( бігаючи таргани та інше)

La seguridad es muy buena ya que tanto las puertas de las habitaciones como del apartamento tenían más candados y seguros que Alcatraz.

La casera no responde a los mensajes si tienes duda de algo, le estuve hablando durante meses y lo único que respondía era que le pagase un impuesto que no debería de pagar, pésima gestión, el apartamento sucio, en el cuarto de baño habían cucarachas. Si estás leyendo esto no reserves este apartamento ni en broma a no ser que estés acostumbrado a dormir en el Amazonas con 7 serpientes encima.

The room’s lamp didn’t work in room 2. The bed sheet wasn’t clean, that’s why I felt itchy for the whole week, maybe because of the bed bugs
