Super old and overpriced with the worst and most expensive breakfast we had in all Japan. When I asked at the reception for a refund/discount on this breakfast, they pretended not to understand me (had a perfect conversation with the exact same staff members the night before).

Overall pretty good, but a mixture of things. Good location, great onsen.

Very expensive dinner buffet and breakfast was 'ok'. I found the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Was informed have muslim friendly food at restaurant but most food can't be eaten because contains pork or alcohol. Should have shuttle bus from shintoku station during evenings too. Panicked that no taxi was around the station when arrived at station.
