The room for 4pax is too cramped. No space to put luggages.

Quiet, spacious rooms with a sofa for relaxing. Great food offered in dinner and breakfast buffets. And the location is peaceful - a backdrop of endless greenery

It’s a bit old inside and out. Needs a bit of a makeover. Also, the air conditioning in the hallways had a kind of stale smell. A little pricey considering what you get…

Breakfast was just OK. Eggs and meat were relatively cool. Not up to par for the cost of the meal. There was plenty of food, but it was not up to the standards I expect at as premium hotel.

The coffee machine(s) were not working properly. So, the staff quickly made several pots of OK coffee. Having drunk from the machines that were broken at other venues, I would have preferred the machine made coffee. The dinner meal was quite elaborate, except almost everything was cold, or lukewarm at best. The tempura was soggy, cold, not crisp and hot like it should always be when served.

The food is great and staff are friendly and helpful.
