The property can be maintained a little better. apart from a room and an adjoining plunge pool, there really isn't anything too greta about this place.

Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Housekeeping Behavior Rating: 1 / 10 ⭐ Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. We stayed at Anama by Qveen Mountain Hotel in Tangalle on March 5. Our checkout time was 12:00 PM and we had booked the room for two people. When we went outside for a short time and returned to the hotel, we were shocked to see that the housekeeping staff had removed all of our personal belongings from the room and placed them outside without informing us. Even if guests are a little late for checkout, hotel staff should never touch or remove guests’ personal belongings without permission. The proper way would be to contact the guests first or politely remind them about checkout. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It made us feel that our privacy and personal property were not respected at all. I strongly recommend that the hotel management properly train their staff to treat guests with respect. This was a very bad experience and something that should never happen to any guest.
