We really loved the service from the staff. The property is really big with all the modern amenities. We regret we couldn’t stay here for longer. the hotel was very busy with large tour groups when we check in but they took care well. Great place and love the hospitality...

The staff were v nice and the room including bed was comfy

The design was a bit odd - our shower room had creepy vine roots in it - open to elements and felt a bit dirty - I used daughters shower instead. Also I think the individual plunge pools were a bit unnecessary. Clearly this pushes the cost up but don't think it's worth it

The pool. Good beds, not too hard. Whatsapp communication with staff.

Our room was on the ground floor with pool. The floor was unwashed when we walked in and big insects on the ceiling and on mosquito nets. Damp smell everywhere. The consept is really good, but execution could be much better. Outdoor shower smelled so bad the drainage was way off so the water stays on the ground and dries off there with the soap. The pool itself was really nice but the surroundings badly needs renovating. The roof above was peeling paint or something and a constant drip of water dropped to our pool from the pool above. Bird shit on the sunbeds. They had a ad about how they give us 2 electronic candles to use at the pool. There was only one and betteries dead. The mosquito nets were a joke. Holes here and there, wouldn't have kept the bugs away. They had a repellent in the plug, it kept the bugs away. Mostly. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Everytime they forgot to bring the coffee. Food came from the hotel next door, and was a bit sad. Not good, too much salt, too little salt.. desserts were good. Wifi not good.

Jednak wielkość pokoju (pojedyncze łóżko dla trzeciej osoby zostało dostawione do pokoju dwuosobowego przez co nie było miejsca na przechodzenie oraz łóżko zasłaniało całkowicie widok na basen, a osoba na nim śpiąca spała przy niedomykających się szklanych, przesuwnych drzwiach prowadzących pierwotnie na prywatny basen), czystość miejsc wspólnych (jadalnia, toaleta basenowa) oraz jakość śniadań pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Śniadania niesmaczne, chleb tostowy z poprzedniego dnia, a dodatkowo niewycierane stoły jadalniane i brudna łazienka przy basenie powodowały dyskomfort w trakcie posiłku.

Such a peaceful place. We stayed just one night and wish we stayed more. The pool was the perfect temperature. Super calm and peaceful.
