The most helpful and kind hotel stuff I’ve ever came across!

Super clean and spacious room overlooking the river. So nice to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing off of the busy main road. Host was so friendly and helpful!

Bathroom was a bit dated but not a major problem.

if you not sit under a fan, you will get bitten by moskitos during breakfast

We had a great three night stay at Tinara River Inn. It’s a little bit outside of the center, so it’s quiet, but just a short distance to the center. The owner is so lovely - we told her, that we like the Sri Lankans pancakes with coconut. She just made some for us for takeaway, when we did the checkout - thank you very much.

Beautiful location by the river and a short walk from the beach. Staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was both delicious and extensive.

Perfect place to stay at Weligama. Nicest Lady who runs the hotel, everything perfectly clean and comfy. Also a nice area to stay as it's super calm and you don't hear much noises. You can also see a lot of wild animals around, which we absolutely loved! Would definitely recommend to stay here.
