Overall I love this house. the neatness of the interior layout, cleanliness, and most importantly the house is still in its original condition even though it is more than a decade old. its position facing the lake is also very good. The calm and peaceful surroundings also make me really like this hotel.

Literally everything about our stay there was perfect: the prices are high but it's Switzerland after all and you definitely get value for your money. The owner is incredibly helpful and speaks a plethora of languages fluently, he was always at hand for recommendations and advice. The hotel is beautifully preserved with care, keeping the wood and essence of its longevity while also catering to new and luxury updates. The restaurant served some of the best food we've ever tasted. Romantic, calm and delicious stay overall.

Nice old house with basic rooms. Make sure to check if you have lake view to really make the most out of your stay. Restaurant in the hotel was very good.

Very basic room and out dated bathroom.

The location is absolutely to die for! The view of the lake and mountains are simply incredible! I went for a swim every morning which was amazing. It's a 1 minute walk from the property. The manager Kesang is such a wonderful guy! He's super friendly, super professional and simply cannot do enough for you. I had a disaster as I forgot my plug adaptor and he lent me one. He also helped me work out bus and train times and told me all about the history of the house and owner etc. A lovely man and he makes it what it is! Thanks Kesang!

I struggled a little with the Church Bells ringing throughout the night but Kesang very kindly moved me to a room on the other side of the hotel.
