very friendly staff, despite very late arrival in evening they were available to check me in and proactively arranged key to get access.free parking behind guesthouse, nice terrace at lake side

I had friends of mine coming so i booked 2 nights for them in the guest house. They were supposed to come in the evening so i went to pay the hotel at noon. The staff was very friendly but they did not know how to take the payment. I asked if it is possible that i pay in the next morning then because i didnt want them to pay since they are my guests. They said ok,but in the evening i received a call that they will not check them in if they dont pay immediately,because the owner called and said that. This resulted in very uncomfortable moment for my guests. Very unprofessional.
