It wasn't anything I didn't like

Well there are four rooms in the house but there's no one else there and so if a tenant decides to come back in drunk at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and cook food that smells up the house and wakes up tenants this is a problem and the owner clearly doesn't give a s*** About an hour later he might smell cigarette smoke at 4:00 a.m. in the morning yep that's right because another tenant is smoking in the house

I didn't like the fact that the owner of the house after I explained that I didn't sleep that night because I was being woken up by tenants who were doing things that were prohibited the owner has refused to meet me halfway on the price So now I'm going to have to get an attorney and take the owner to court

It was a good property. Affordable and convenient.

The location was convenient for the fencing tournament I was attending. The staff was prompt in answering questions when issues arise.

Very close to John Hopkins, seems like a decent neighbourhood. Heard a few other guests but didn't talk to anyone else in the building.

Having to share a bathroom.
