"NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY EXPECTATION"

Its in a quiet neighborhood. Dont feel like we are staying in a hotel. Excellent breakfast.

1. Informed them that I will be there between 9 and 10am and they agreed for a early checkin, but They made me wait until 11:40 to get the room. And then they offered a room used by a chronic smoker and we ended up using a mask to sleep. They didnt even offer to change the room or any compensation.
