The silent peaceful locality

Except the locality nothing great about the property. No parking at the property, we have to call repeatedly for tv channels , we have to call for toiletries, and worst of all is the breakfast…less said about the breakfast the better . Paid 4.5 K believing it to be a 3 star hotel as projected by the booking.com . It’s not worth by any means . It’s not be given any star rating . Normal unstated hotels in crowded gabdhi nagar area of Bangalore gives better amenities, car parking and far better breakfast !! I wonder how can booking.com could give it 8 + rating and also project it as a 3 star hotel while it’s not even a single star worth . Had a very uncomfortable stay . Even after paying for breakfast , we were forced to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Till date I haven’t seen a poor breakfast than this . They don’t even have a basic thing like a brown bread , nor idly , just 3 to 4 items for breakfast and that too it had gone cold ….the concerned staff was not even bothered to respond to our complaint and they call it a 3 star hotel . Overall a very bad experience…would never go back to this property !!

Outward appearance is good

We couldn't stay for the period we paid for and asked for a refund, till now no one has bothered to answer our query.
