Only good thing about this property is its location

Facilities in the room. Things like intercom and TV were not working. Even the free channels on the TV were not working. They promised to repair the intercom the next morning but nobody turned up. Hot water is not provided 24hrs and in a city like Bengaluru where the evenings could be nippy, I had to take bath in cold water. Staff should also be coached to learn either Hindi or English as they speak only kannada and it becomes difficult to communicate with them.
