Room and toilet was good, cleanliness was there

No water to drink TV was there not working. The lift very old not maintained. As stayed at third floor..without lift bit tough

The staff was friendly and approachable. It's safe and staff is helpful in case you have any problems.

Visitors not being allowed inside the rooms. I can understand that they don't want any issues. However, I think if they are taking the adhar card details for the visitors then they should allow them for sometime.
