"Great location and top staff. Room was very tired though."

Staff were brilliant and the location is great - just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants. Nice bar / reception and outdoor area with amazing view. Breakfast was very good.

Room was extremely tired and small for the price paid.

"Ein perfekter Start fĆ¼r unsere Reise !"

Die Lage ist super, da man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand bzw. dem FuƟgƤngerboulevard ist. Man kann direkt vor dem GebƤude parken und das GepƤck mit dem Aufzug komfortabel in die Zimmer transportieren kann. Wir haben ein perfektes FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer genosssen; es gab frisches Obst und der Avocado Toast war lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und zugewandt. FĆ¼r die ersten Tage in SĆ¼dafrika / Kapstadt die perfekte location. Wir hatten ein super grosses Zimmer im oberen Geschoss mit grosser Terrasse. Herrlich !

Der StrassenlƤrm von der direkt davorliegenden Strasse ist insbesondere an Wochenende spĆ¼rbar, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht stƶrend. Es gab Bauarbeiten in einigen Zimmern im Objekt zeitlich zu unserem Aufenthalt, aber das Management hat sich bemĆ¼ht, diese auf ertrƤgliche Zeitfenster zu reduzieren.

Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war sehr gut, das Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer ist dringend renovierungsbedĆ¼rftig. WƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts waren Arbeiten in benachbarten Zimmern an der Tagesordnung. Der Aufzug quietscht metallisch und laut beim Ɩffnen u. SchlieƟen, und macht keinen verlƤsslichen Eindruck.

"Really Disappointed - noise all day - tired room"

The lounge area is nicely furnished and comfortable The breakfast was good.

Heavy construction work going on in the hotel. Drilling through concrete in the room next door all day. The room was very tired, bare wires coming out of the wall on the terrace (where there used to be a wall light). Room wasnā€™t particularly clean. Only one subbed next to the pool. Pool didnā€™t look clean.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Camps Bay beach and bars etc. Great view from our balcony.

Certain parts of the room seemed a little run down, for example the bathroom had a shower that only dribbled out + everything seemed quite old and worn out. Works were underway in the building so hopefully this gets improved.

Good location very near to great restaurants, with a lovely, helpful staff team. Breakfast is wonderful and the dining area is beautiful, with wonderful views!

The bathroom in particular was very tired - we gather that the bedrooms are being renovated.
