Location is amazing 🤩 The architecture of the building reminds of old English towns. The view around is superb and the visuals are stunning 👍🌼🍁🍂 Staff was helpful and cheerful 👍

Bonfire was a disappointment. There was a small fire in the middle and a group of people surrounded it not letting any space for others.

"Good stay but very tiresome due to the number of unending steps"

The location is excellent with nice view of the Nainital lake. The staff is well mannered.

There are too many steps for one to climp up & down while staying in the hotel & let me tell it’s not comfortable at all. So if you’re traveling with kids or elderly persons; pls be extremely careful. The facilities are not upto the mark. The cleanliness is also an issue.
