We initially booked for Naini hill view but the balcony was small and not private. We paid extra and moved to Maharaja Lounge room that had an amazing lake view. (It was our choice to upgrade our room by paying additional fees). Overall, i would say the stay was amazing. It was cozy, clean and staff were extremely courteous. Evening High tea and outside deck Tea stand was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure purpose. Staying in Maharaja lounge area comes with its own benefit of having many things complimentary tea along with the view. Hence i would recommend the same.

The timing of the bar, restuarant, bon fire. Everything closes by 10:30. Guests are coming for leisure, party, enjoy and not to sleep early. Hence hotel should be considerate to extend their timing for bar and bonfire along with restuarant. Please note, it has a lot of stairs to climb up while leaving the hotel. However, for people who are healthy and young should not be a problem.

"Naini Retreat Extraordinaire"

The view was fantastic. The staff were the nicest folks I've met. The service exceptional. Food was delicious and just everything about the place was fantastic.

Can't say didn't like, but definetely a lot of steps for elderly parents of mine, but that's not the hotels fault. It is up in the hills.
