Nilaveli Hybrid Holiday Hotel

Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Food was great, one of the best around the area. Loved the greenery within the compound. The fridge was also very useful.

The bed sheets had some stains and the shower head wasn't totally functional. It can get noisy at times as the bar is located just outside the rooms.

One of the staff member tried to charge 10,% extra for service fees on top of booking.com fee, and the same person charged money for welcome drink and water bottle which have been included with the price ( didn't open the gate until it paid). All other staff members were really nice and helpful. No TV remote and a fridge in one of the room.

They don't have alternative power solution

Breakfast was amazing! The staff are also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bar next door and the staff were happy to chat with us. We enjoyed using the pool everyday, very large and clean. Rooms very clean and Aircon worked perfectly.

The WiFi didn't work very well but we had enough data on our sim cards so for us it was okay. There were regular power cuts also but that isn't the hotel's fault and it didn't bother us too much.

It was very good , really place is beautiful and clean, the pool is very big and the yard is very beautiful. The staff was excellent! They took care of everything we asked for, brought us flowers when we arrived and were always smiling and happy to help with anything.
