Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Travelling for a funeral so not looking for anything special. It was v well priced for the duration/location.

Hotel need a lick of paint. Menu was not great, had to have a meal refunded because they had run out … drinks fairly priced though.

It was really close to Yorkshire wildlife park and the staff were friendly and there was ample free parking.

1) The lights and plug sockets didn't work in our room. They tried various tricks but they still wouldn't work. By that time my little one ws already tucked up in bed. They tried to move us from a family to a twin room but I refused as there weren't enough beds for us in that room and the little one was settled. So we had a night with no lights or phone charging. 2) they said they had refunded the room due to the lack of electricity but I just got home to find they hadn't done this 3) to add breakfast at the booking stage cost us an extra £40 but it would have been much cheaper for us just to pay for breakfast in the morning instead. 4) the breakfast was odd. There was no continental breakfast on the buffet, only cooked. If you wanted yoghurt or milk or cereal etc, you had to go to the bar to ask for one.

Locatie was perfect. Kamer was geweldig groot en netjes. Het eten was heerlijk

Ons kamer had een heel vervelend riool geur. De bedden waren echt niet lekker en super hard. De wc kon niet goed door getrokken worden

The Staff were polite and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, the only fault was the decor below the top of the window was pealing.
