Handy location

Smelly hall, woken up by fire alarm early in the morning due to kitchen extractor fan having been turned down by staff. Terrible breakfast. Sullen staff

"Location good but not somewhere we’d come back to"

Staff were friendly and location to wildlife park was great.

Hotel felt tired and room needed a lick of paint. Lots of cracks in walls in bedroom and bathroom. Shower was okay but sprayed water everywhere. One of the bedside lights didn’t work at all and room lighting wasn’t great for reading.

What a great place to stay, it was just for one night, the bed was comfortable and clean, tea and coffee facilities, we didn’t eat in the restaurant but did have a drink which was a lovely atmosphere, staff were lovely, welcoming
