Menlyn Maine Trilogy Hotel

There were cockroaches in my room. I did report it to the hotel reception but they were not interested as this is a private apartment. needless to say I had to sleep 2 nights along side cock rockes running in the bathroom and kitchen unit. SUPER CRAP

Location was great we could walk to were we wanted to be.

Bed is reaching the end of its days regarding comfort level One nightlight is broken No pods for coffee machine - even 2 would be great No soap bar / hand wash liquid No dishcloth Nothing ''extra'' or inviting to give one's stay that WOW factor. EDITED TO ADD: It is utterly absurd to suggest that WE somehow “cut” the cord of a bedside lamp. Why on earth would we do such a thing? We are two middle‑aged women attending an event, accustomed to staying in 5‑star establishments, and “cutting a cord” is not even remotely aligned with who we are. The establishment may not have liked our feedback, but it was given honestly, truthfully, and we both stand behind it 100%. Use it or don’t—that’s entirely your choice. What is not acceptable is shifting blame onto the client. Accusing a Tier 3 Genius Booking.com guest of vandalism is not only insulting, it is a reckless and short‑sighted business practice. I will not tolerate being falsely accused of damaging property.

The location, facilities, staff. It was closed to Menlyn and Sun Arena

On the day of arrival the apartment was not ready but the host managed to sort it out without inconveniencing me.

The property was quiet and met our expectations. The staff were very helpful and clearly explained the parking and access. The layout is easy to navigate, from reception to the rooms and parking. There are also a few places to eat and a mall within a minute’s walk, making it very accessible. We also really enjoyed the coffee station, it was a great touch.

Nothing really, if anything, I just didn’t like that my stay was so short, haha.
