Location was great

Aircon wasn't working and pillows were very uncomfortable

Perfect location and comfortable room. Only downside is that the bathroom window is not frosted. There is no privacy when you are in the bathroom. Even couples do require that privacy in the bathroom.

Did not get to stay at the property.

Communication was appalling. The host was difficult to get hold of despite numerous calls from myself and the hotel staff. The floor was flooded and electricity was off. It was only after I had informed the host via a text message about my intention to report the matter to booking.com that they seemed to take me serious. To cut a long story short they did end up agreeing to cancel my booking and reimburse me.

It was clean, had a comfortable bed, well placed smart tv and great location for attending the concert I was going to.

I couldn’t find the aircon remote and the room got hot with the heat load, opening the sliding door helped but construction was loud and dusty so I had to close it. A temporary situation, and wouldn’t stop me returning. The host forgot to advise reception of the booking so there was a delay.

We live in Johannesburg and were looking for accommodation from where walk to the mall and Sunbet arena concert venue. This location was excellent for this purpose.

The initial address on the listing could have been clearer.
