Menlyn Maine Trilogy Hotel

Great location - frond office team - exceptional

I had to go and buy a hairdryer - no hairdryer was provided and as the unit was privately owned, the hotel management were not in a position to assist me.

The security was really good. The facilities were also clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I got lost a few times but it wasn’t that bad

The location.

The check in experience was not great. Staff didn't go out of their way at all. The security outside was friendly though. The bathroom has a massive floor to ceiling window in it or right next to the bed. That was very weird and gave no privacy to the person using the shower. I'm still puzzled why a bathroom will have an indoor window facing the bed.

The property owner was no where to be found, some plugs where not working and the iron was not working, what an inconvenience, going somewhere without ironing clothes 🥹😭😭👎
