Cómodo, bien ubicado, excelente atención.

La ubicación y la vista de las piezas. Además contaba con una cafetería muy buena.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything. We parked in the driveway which was super convenient. Room was comfortable and a had a nice shower and bathroom. Bed was also wonderful as well. The breakfast is included and was perfectly adequate with kind staff, including Pedro who was so sweet. We would highly recommend the hotel. Close to the theater with views of the lake and volcano. So pretty and good places to eat so close by. Cafe Videla and Conejo Blanco are both terrific spots.

It was just amazing. We liked it all, even when they had our reservation wrong snd we had to move across the hall for the last night, which was not a problem, even a larger snd better room.

Lovely old fashioned bed and breakfast

There was really no front desk attendant Upon request employees tried to answer our questions but they did not speak English. I did communicate through the app but we needed guidance about activities and day trips and were hoping to get them from the front desk. Coffee was available but not all the time
