El desayuno y su ubicación

The property features a spectacular view of the Osorno Volcano and Lake Llanquihue. The front room in the hotel allows for a comfortable place to wind down with a glass of wine after a full day of touring the Lake District of southern Chile. The beds are super comfortable and the showers work great. The breakfasts are filling and end with a delicious local dessert of kuchen or cheesecake. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. This hotel is highly recommended. Especially the rooms on the second floor.

The parking is a bit complicated and the hotel should really find a way to make sure every guest is assured of a place. We were told there were spaces for 4 vehicles but one night there were 6. The only catch is there are 8 rooms in the hotel and when it is full there is a location close by that allows for parking the night for an additional charge of 5,000 Chilean Pesos. This should not be charged to the guest. Otherwise, there is a sense that you can’t use your car because you may lose your parking space.

La ubicación.

La puerta de entrada con chapa mala, durante los 5 dias no la pudimos cerrar con llave. De la habitación desapareció una pulsera y unos Airpods. La luz exterior con sensor de movimiento se enciende y apaga cada 2 minutos iluminando la habitación (puerta de vidrio y ventana sin cortina). Si bien el desayuno es bueno y razonable, varia muy poco (al tercer dia ya no le encuentras la gracia). La habitación que nos hospedamos queda en la parte trasera del hotel, cerca del estacionamiento, lo malo es que le ponen candado al portón de estacionamiento y llave al acceso de atrás (no tiene como salir, la única forma de comunicarse es llamando a un celular)

La ubicación es muy buena, las personas amables

Falta mantencion del hotel, cómodo, pero está algo dejado en cuanto a mantencion de las habitaciones.
