Schloss Eberstein

Myself and my partner were planning our trip through the Black Forest and I came across this castle on Booking. I never stayed in a castle before (not many of us have!) and it was mesmerising. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty. The ground of the castle are so cool, and the view on the sunny September morning that we were there was breathtaking, overlooking the valley and the dense forest. The night before there was some sort of festival on in the down in the village of Gernsbach, which was a lot of fun. I would love to go back if I could someday. 10/10.

Such a lovely place! The staff were friendly, the room clean and convinient, and the food was really good too :) On top of that, the location is really beautiful and there are hike routs that you can take straight out of the hotel. Highly recomanded

A lovely hotel that is set high up with fabulous views. Our room was quite large with a lovely large bathroom as well. Breakfast was great with buffet style each morning. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food was delicious. A little far out so you you probably need some form of transport. We were there for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
