STAFFS WERE SUPERB AND BREAKFAST WAS TOO GOOD BUT SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT AS MANY ITEMS ARE REPEATED EVERYDAY

LIFT WAS NOT WORKING THOUGH I STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS BUT THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING THE ROOM TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IT WAS ATTENDED MULTIPLE TIME BY HOTEL STAFF STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTED ARCHERY FACILTIY DOES NOT EXISTED EXCEPT A CHILDREN ARCHERY GAME HANGING IN A TREE

Overall property was amazing, location was the best and the beach was very clean.

Considering 7 year kid as an adult and charging full tariff for them was wrong, because in other Mayfair they don't charge full tariff. Also they should allow outside food on guest risk.

I already wrote to booking.com customer care directly and reported the issue, but please note the below I sent: We stayed at this hotel (2 rooms from march 8-12) and the experience has been horrible (I have photos and videos). Firstly, there are major sanitation issues that the management has not taken care of. In the breakfast room, the hotel allowed all the conference attendees (200-300 people) to eat along with the actual hotel guests. It was extremely crowded with all these conference attendees using their hands to scoop up with food with no sense of order and cleanliness. We alerted the hotel staff in the breakfast room but they were overwhelmed with the no.of people swarming in the bfast room. Why would the hotel management allow so many people to eat in a room that cannnot accommodate them. With all these people literally scooping up food with bare hands, there were no food left for the actual hotel guests. Secondly, this hotel does not have a medical clinic on site. They claim they have a doctor on call but if you seek an appointment, they keep coming up with excuses. In our case, they kept changing their excuse until they had to tell us the truth which is the doctor is available only once a week on Friday and that too is not confirmed if he can actually provide medical services. We ended up booking hotel taxi to take us to the nearest city hospital 30 mins away.

Excellent location. The behaviour of all the staff was extremely polite. Ambience is unique. No doubt it is best place to stay in Gopalpur
