Very arrogant staff, very poor room service and house keep. Every time we ordered food or any item from restaurant, min 45min to over 1 hr and even after complain no response. More over restaurant staff do not take back the previous night left out utensils of food even after informing them. Very poor room service and response. Right from reception to checkout

I recently had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at Mayfair Palm Beach Resort in Gopalpur, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled along the pristine coastline, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Our ocean-view room was spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring a private balcony that provided breathtaking views of the sea. The room was meticulously clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at Mayfair Gopalpur went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The service was prompt and attentive. One of the highlights of the resort is its private beach, which is well-maintained and perfect for leisurely walks or simply soaking in the sun. The resort also boasts a clean swimming pool ensuring guests have plenty of options for relaxation and recreation.

While the buffet spread was extensive, there is room for improvement in the choice and flavour of some dishes to elevate the overall dining experience.

Good ambience

The behaviour of one staff was horrible.My room was booked at h8ghest bracket slab,but still till he was following me every place for deposit for some addition.This is pathetic from a 5 star resor.If a person can pay 19000 upfront he will also place for the remaining also,no need to follow him everywhere
