The room, service and food choices were fantastic. The location was good, as you can catch transport easily
Communication is a problem specially online (I sent some messages but did not get reply When I was in the hotel I needed more clarification but there was a barrier of communication - otherwise your hotel and services are superb!! I wanted to have a choice of a room for one person but did not get one!!

The efficiency of staff. They would go an extra mile to help you and highly professional.
The breakfast choice was limited. The rooms were cleaned, but I didn't understand when cups and glass were not cleaned

Impressive selection of both Western and Asian cuisine on offer, and chef would make things to order.
Better equipped tea/coffee area in or behind reception. Was half an hour away by taxi from bigger malls and attractions in city centre.
