If payment is made upon arrival, the hotel can issue an invoice upon arrival. During the Canton Fair period, the hotel does not provide shuttle service to Pazhou Complex. All reservations require prepayment by credit card within 24 hours of booking for security. If the guest fails to pre-pay by credit card, the hotel will contact the guest to pay by bank transfer or Alipay/WeChat, if it fails again, the reservation will be canceled.
