Na saída do hotel fui mal tratada pelo funcionário de nome Isaque, caí na rampa de acesso ao hotel, escorrreguei, ele não ajudou e discutiu com o uber. Estavam dois funcionários responsáveis por organizar os carros, não o fizeram, por esse motivo eu tive que descer a rampa íngreme com as malas o que levou a queda. Não me ajudaram. Disse que se eu estivesse descontente reclacamasse no site. O quarto é adequado.
