"Very pleasant Stay in Guayaquil"

Very friendly Staff. Hotel has one of the best Bars in this Region downstairs. Nice Music, not too loud. Comfortable Beds. Own Bathroom. You dont hear noise from other Rooms.

Great value and safety. The photos below are all within 5 to 10 minute walk. Super safe location. The super hot water was a bonus.

"Clean and comfortable hotel centrally located."

This was a reasonably priced and well located hotel in the centre of Guayaquil that provided clean and comfortable accommodation. My room was spacious with efficient air conditioning, a comfortable bed and excellent wifi service. The shower had excellent water pressure along with plenty of hot water. The owners/managers of the hotel were courteous and very helpful and spoke some English. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Guayaquil.

The woman running the place was very friendly and helpful. Free cold water, clean rooms, air conditioner (a necessity in Guayaquil), good price and location.

The weather was quite hot, so the inside of the halls and stairwells also got hot. There is no coffee pot, toaster or anything in the room, so just bring your own food and/or eat in or out.
