Room was nice and modern. The lady working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, she made sure we got in our taxi safely which was really lovely. Very comfortable room with nice bathroom. Good location, not too far from the malecon. AC was great.

We didn't get a key for the front door so had to wait to get in/out of the hotel a couple of times. Makes sense as a safety feature though.

Management and staff were refreshingly courtious and helpful. The area, despite being in a popular tourist zone, was quiet. The proximity to the malecón and dozens of restaurants is a big plus. We'd deffinitely recommend this Hotel.

I'm not a big fan of the high humidity, I'd like to petition the city of Guayaquil to fix the humidity issue😉

Clean, tidy, comfortable, everything was perfect. It feels like home and has solved many practical problems. I will choose to stay here again if I have another time.
