The hostess spoke great English and was very helpful on the area. Clean room, close to the boardwalk.

There’s a club down stairs kind of close so you hear piping dance music @12-1 am. Room a little musty but after haven’t the air conditioning on it got better

Everyone that worked there was super friendly, the location was very centralized, the room has AC, not expensive at all, no complaints for sure!

It was a little loud, but it was right by the malecón and a section of the city with lots of bars and things. So that's just part of having a centralized location.

It has AC, which is a necessity in Guayaquil, good location near an assortment of restaurants and it was clean

The staff is amazing, the location couldn't be better. The room was very comfortable, also thanks to the free upgrade the manager gave us. Regardless of the very attractive price this is a great hotel.

To enter and to leave, someone has to come down and open the door with a key. There is no reception.
