Friendly staff, huge room, quiet, close to everything, air conditioning perfect, TV works good, two king size beds,… I just got over 10 hours sleep… Feeling ready to take on the day :-)

Very large room in a quiet alley, close to the station, park & city centre. The staff were very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed visiting Haiphong & the hotel was a great choice. Excellent value for money.

The booking.com map showed the position of the hotel incorrectly, & needs amending.

Very happy with my stay, thank you. However, putting the keys of everyone who is not in the rooms on the reception counter and therefor indicating who is out of the hotel and their room is not good security. Otherwise, A very good and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

I liked the location because it is in the city center

1. Too expensive laundry and really too expensive. the most expensive I paid in Vietnam 2. The bed was too hard and I couldn't sleep. I think the facility should invest in mattresses
