location was perfect, in the center of Haiphong. Everything very good here

I wasnt quite sure how to contact the staff but I think it was due to my lack of speaking Vietnamese.

We checked out at 8am but changed our mind afterwards and asked if we can use the room between 10 am and 12. The host had no problem with that even tho the room was cleaned already. Excellent stay overall.

Excellent location in the central but quite area of the city. Room facilities are reasonable for the price, not excellent, but the room is big and clean. Staff are friendly, bringing a family atmosphere.
