Everything was to like nothing was an issue, Krishna on reception and the gentleman on the security in the picture with me were outstanding.

Nothing it’s is a perfect place, feed back for the hotel breakfast please provide fresh juice orange and mixed fruit also some mixed dry fruits. But otherwise 9/10

Good location by the river ganges. Staff was nice. Food was very good. Liked the hallway area where you can sit and people watch folks by the river

Baggage transport from the parking lot to hotel was 300 meters walk.

Hospitality - I will return just for that. Impressive. Breakfast Buffet - a varied and good spread. Amenities - Spa/ayurvedic massage was expertly done. Location - right by the river.

The area right in front of the hotel could be kept cleaner. It's a public space but some attempt or push for cleanliness is desirable.

Hotel location cannot get any better, it is situated right in front of Gangaji. The wibe is spiritual and harmonising.

The breakfast spread can be better, the hotel should include better Indian breakfast cuisine

An excellent location at the banks of River Maa Ganga ; Hari Ki Pauri. Scenic view of the Holy River. Efficient and accommodating staffs. Sumptuous cuisine. The pleasing to the senses and creating a relaxed spa experience.

Breakfast was very good the staff were keen to please. The man at the front door was very sweet. Staff were mostly friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing.

We had trouble with the hot water in the showers in both rooms both nights. The hot water just got hotter and hotter we couldn't get cold water at all. Quite dangerous with small children but nothing was followed up on at all.
