The in house activities, the heart warmingly friendly staff, the high tea, waking up to the tunes of beautiful flute, bhajan sandhya, astrology sessions

the washrooms would perhaps need a bit of a facelift and the rent per day was a bit steep perhaps

I stayed at the hotel for a night because of the convenience and the location , the views from my room was spectacular and soothing , the breakfast was sumptuous , delicious . I liked the freshness of the ingredients and the purity of the food , wasn’t processed . The staff went out of their way to please and I’m appreciative for their humility .

The property only sells because of its location , hygiene is very low on their scales , the rooms were not very clean , the towels are of a very poor quality , thin and worn out , the napkins in the restuarant was torn . You are charged for exorbitant rates yet the property is not up to scratch . The Wi-Fi keeps dropping , and the strange thing is that the gentleman at reception needs to take your phone to connect you to Wi-Fi ( very secretive ) I cannot understand why it cannot operate like every other hotel . They gave increased their prices yet the standard of service is questionable, and quite frankly it’s not the staffs fault but management for the lack of training . Eg , I ordered a cup of coffee today , was offered the coffee with some cookies , the container /jar still had left over of a previous snack that was used to

Top location, right at the berth of the Ganga - superb place to be, you hear the Aarti even if you’re not able to join at the early morning. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel’s food was amazing!! Great hospitality overall.

Requires walking as car are not allowed near the hotel ( we were aware so wasn't a surprise).
