All was really amazing, one of the best hotels of our lives, all was fantastic we were super pampered and the food is really amazing! 100% recommended!! The chef is very very good and the service of Janaka was very very good!

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. Probably the best on our trip to Sri Lanka. Many people want to stay at beachfront properties when they visit hikkaduwa, we stayed at a beachfront property and ended up cancelling our reservation after one night because it did not meet our expectations. Instead we luckily found 33 lake view terrace and ended up adding an extra night stay because of how perfect it was. The staff were so very friendly and the manager is exceptional. The rooms are immaculate and designed beautifully. We had two rooms booked and the view out of both rooms was incredible. The breakfast was the fresh and cooked to perfection. The lunch was also fantastic and very very reasonable. The 3 night stay was very reasonable. When we arrived to our next accommodation up the coast we wondered whether we should go back to lake view terrace. I will be back to this place and I will be recommending it to as many people as possible. Thank you so much for an exceptional stay.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature, very chilled and makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Hotel manager Panduka is the kindest man you will ever meet. Him and his team will make sure your stay is special 🫶🏻

The location is convenient by tuk-tuk to Hikkaduwa beach. The rooms are beautiful, each decorated differently. breakfast and dinner were ample and delicious. The best part was the manager, a very helpful and interesting man. We hired a boat with driver and enjoyed better-than-expected snorkeling outside the reef.

Excellent service and stafff

The property is absolutely stunning. Amazing attention to detail. A slice of tranquility yet only 6 mins drive away from the hustle and bustle of the local beaches and town. The staff were faultless, nothing was too much. The Host Pandu was incredibly helpful and attentive, he made us feel at home immediately. Also, his previous experience as a tour guide shone through, telling us lots of interesting things about the area as well as Sri Lanka itself. The chef was also incredible, the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. Can't recommend this place enough.

We liked everything about this place. Rooms were clean with amazing view of the lake. The stuff was supper attentive and polite.

No black out curtains in the rooms.
