KSTDC Hotel Mayura Biligiri, BR Hills

Location is excellent and I visit here for business purpose. The staff is warm and caring .

The rooms and toilets need complete refurbishment as per KSTDC standard properties.

Came here for a birthday celebration and we loved it. Located in good place from where everything is accessible to walk. They have a restaurant inside and food was awesome. You don't have to step outside for anything.

Doors were tight - probably because of dampness. And soft and chair can be more clean. Or maybe they should change type of material for sofa.

The location and the cleanliness

Was expecting a non-veg option in lunch & dinner. Also the option for breakfast was very limited

The location is nice and the KSTDC initiative to start a hotel is appreciated.

KSTDC shall update the facilities as per the standards in the country is developing.There shall be new rooms with more facilities with higher rents and the menu shall be expanded. There is limited vegetarian options and we can have some more vegetarian options, that can be prepared with same chef .
