KSTDC Hotel Mayura Biligiri, BR Hills

I reserved through Booking .com. Based on guests it is automatically booking more rooms. Ineeded only 1 room as we were 2 adults with 2 children. But the room booking booked as 2 rooms. Neither the hotel manager nor the booking. com solved the issue. i ended up paying higher.

Everything was wonderful, including customer service, room cleanliness, staff conduct, location, and so forth.

The only disappointment was the cuisine. The food was bad, especially the rice items ans evening snacks items.

Charges extra as compared to what is mentioned in booking.com standard non ac room price was given 2340 including gst but they charged 2340+gst. Breakfast is also not included .

Facility location is good. Staff is courteous. We booked two non AC rooms. Rooms are old, doors don't close properly. Bath room fittings were loose and not usable. But it was clean. Lunch and dinner was okay. Not much choice. Breakfast was not good. There was a lot of non hotel booked people also for food. Parking is also limited.Overall average for a one night stay.
