FabHotel Royal Residency II - Nr Lakdikapul Metro Station

Not much to like

Dirty, AC didn’t work properly, but the amount of cockroaches was the big problem. I can handle one or two, it’s normal in a hot country like this. But there were lots of them crawling over the bed, floors, walls all night. I complained but the staff did absolutely nothing. No cleaning, breakfast in booking didn’t exist. Really dire and I was exhausted after barely any sleep in this place. Do not stay here.

i booked for 2 Adult and 2 Children (5 and 8 years), Booking.com booked 2 rooms for us. when i reacched to this hotel, the staff said booking shows only 2 adult and no children, so they cannot allot any rooms and talk to booking.com, however i could not reached to booking.com, the hotel staff then charged me extra 500 just to stay with my family in a single room. i will never come back to booking.com again, and will file a case in cosumer court (including my youtube and social media posts for this incident) else i need my money back for the booking price. Hotel guys showed me that the in there system it is only showing 2 adults and no kids, however my this booking was done for 2 Adult + 2 childres (5 and 8 years) and hence the site gave me 2 rooms.
