FabHotel Royal Residency II - Nr Lakdikapul Metro Station

Last week I went to FabHotel Royal Residency II, near Lakdikapul Metro Station, but my experience was not good at all. As soon as I saw the room, I left immediately. The moment I entered the room, there was such a bad smell, it was difficult to breathe. It was beyond tolerance and the room was not clean, it was very dirty. Staying in such a condition did not feel right at all. When I asked the front desk for a refund, they refused. They kept saying that I would get a refund from Booking.com, and it was not their responsibility then he made some excuse saying he doesn't have authorization. Their attitude was very frustrating. One more thing to look out for is that even though the price on booking was shown different they managed to add almost 1000 rs extra to the amount. My advice is to stay away from this hotel. Because of the dirtiness, the bad smell, and the unhelpful staff, my experience was very bad, wallah!

Ample parking space within the premises. Hassle-free for car and bike travelers.

Location was in center of city That was good part of the hotel

Room were not clean, There were small cockroaches all around, Rooms were not soundproof, could not sleep because loud noise coming from outside

The reception area was clean, well-designed, and gave a good first impression.

Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Good variety too.
