"This hotel was previously well managed. My recent stay was not so great. Would not recommend."

The hotel was at prime location. Easily accessible.

The F&B staff were rude and not responsive. Brought the wrong order and were not taking responsibility to bring the correct order. Instead argued at large saying that we placed the wrong food order. There were cockroaches in the room and there was a foul smell in the room and corridor. However, the lobby area was clean
