Nothing to like about the property, it’s just a mediocre hotel with worst staff!

The front desk staff is very very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers, especially a lady(Hasina) and other guy. They are not trained and do not have basic skills how to respond and communicate regarding stay. I contacted the property before the booking and after the booking but when you show up for check-in there are hidden costs which are not shown on this app and they charge you extra and don’t care to explain and if you insist they gang up and shout. They charged me Rs.4500/night even though the app says Rs.3400 and this app doesn’t let you cancel the booking and you are stuck with them. You can’t complain to the hotel’s management coz they gang up and yell that all of them are managers. I regret not booking at other neighborhood hotels which cost 50% fewer than this disgusting hotel! I lost my credibility and honor in front of my relatives due to their behavior.
